Took a long time to schedule interviews. Got to final round with senior partner who indicated they would be in touch and they have not shared any further information for several weeks. Followed up twice but no reply. Not sure why they can’t just send a follow up email and let me know my status

intense grilling over three rounds but well structured and very friendly interviewers. I spoke to 7 different people at the company as part of the process which allowed me to get to know them as much as they got to know me.
