At first i had a phone interviews, the HR employee called me one hour too early and caught me off guard, but fair enough, it was offered to do it at the agreed time then, which i refused so we went on. The invitation for a 1:1 interview followed.
The day I showed up no one was expecting me at that time, but two hours later. I had to prove that the time that I showed up was actually the agreed time. So I showed the e-mail. The person who was supposed to do the interview was not in yet, someone else jumped in. Nice of her, but obviously she was also not prepared to meet me. Not meeting rooms were available so we sat down in the cafe/canteen where we were surrounded by approximately 30-40 other people and it was as loud as on a busy street. We spoke for like 5 minutes and then I was asked to do a 40min test, in that loud environment.
My third interview I ran a little late to be honest, which was very unfortunately, however no one was waiting for me yet either and the interviewer was a little late too, as initially no one could figure out who was going to interview me.
The final interview was a pretty normal one, i was asked job specific questions and was asked to describe the tasks of the client manager. I was also asked a couple of personal questions, which could be a nice thing but it did not necessarily feel like a genuine conversation, or like someone was trying to get to know me, it felt more like it was an attempt to find something that would not work for them.
I can‘t say that a nice atmosphere was being created or that i felt welcome.
Also i was warned about the very low salary and should not expect it to increase anytime soon.
I was not offered the job in the end, I think it also just did not click, however I feel like no one actually cared. It‘s a shame as their offices seem lovely and many of the people working there seemed quite friendly. I think I would have declined the job anyway even if it was offered to me.
