3 interviews. All in person, at times with manager, at times with owner. Each lasted about 30 minutes to one hour. The process involved planning a lesson and presenting it with school materials.
Very easy and relaxed atmosphere, just be yourself and share experiences. The interview was done in about 30 minutes. I didnt feel under pressure. I felt at home. Great experience overall.
They asked candidates about teaching experience with classroom management. Two phases of the interview process (hr and user, and manager). Took less than a month before they offered the job.

Very nice and pleasant interview, questions related to whether I am ok with how the school functions such as working hours, contract length, activities. School and all conditions were well explained.
