They initiated the calls twice (Bangkok, Thailand). They asked me to introduce myself, why I was interested in applying for this job and how I encourage students to learn/speak English—basically, I was asked everything in English (although the HR accent is quite hard to understand).
Afterwards, they invited me to a face-to-face interview with the service manager. The interview was 45 minutes long (all in English). The manager was kind and friendly; she knew how to break the ice. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I love their working culture.
The questions were basic and easy if you prepare yourself enough.
