I showed up on time but instructions were unclear as to the exact location; I couldn't get anyone on the phone and didn't even know who I was interviewing with, as everything was set up through the Floyd office. About 20 minutes after the scheduled interview time, one of the interviewers finally came down and unlocked the door to let me in. The process was laid back and informal.
