An online application, followed by an Assessment Centre (including mini group interview and various challenges)
On the Vac Scheme itself there was a Partner interview at the end of the week and a selection of Vac Schemers were invited back for a further interview with another Partner before receiving offers

Question 1
Questions varied from expected competency and motivation questions (with references and challenges made to your online written application in the final interview) to questions on current events in politics, business and practice areas that the firm operates in.
Having talked to others who were also being interview, we did not all get asked the same questions

Had a group task/ discussion and presentation and then a smaller group interview.
In the smaller group interview knowledge in the firm, commercial awareness and knowledge of the training contract is important.
Process was generally calm the interviewers were lovely .

Entretien
Had to partake in a group presentation, followed by a group interview. You are given a brief and then have to follow that brief and present it to the group and the assigned recruiter. Very competitive candidates and not the best of environments.
