Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez WalkMe (San Francisco, CA) en déc. 2015
Entretien
The application process took 2 weeks. I first had a phone interview and then follow up with the interview. You get to pick your times. The interview was very casual and friendly. They didn't ask very sophisticated questions that I would expect. All in all very positive experience.

1. Phone Interview.
2. Home test. The deadlines were somehow confusing. In the HR email, it was written that the home test deadline is a week. On the pdf assignment itself, it said 3 days.
3. The recruiter called me to inform me I passed the home assignment. I was confused because I thought I will be given additional instructions for the onsite interview. I asked about that and she wasn't very sure and had to check the instructions again.
4. I was invited to an onsite interview. On the onsite interview, we went over the solution I built for the test. I was asked questions that their answer was nowhere to be found on the support articles.
5. Waited 2 weeks, and received a negative answer.

Very efficient. Phone screen was soon after my application. This was followed by an assigned project. Within a few days of turning in the project, I was invited onsite. Was offered a few days after that.

The interview, as per other Glassdoor reviews mentioned, was very conversational and smooth. The initial questions were standard, such as my background and interest in the company. The following questions were more technical and skills based, asking if I knew basic coding (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and if I had any technical background. At the end of the interview, she asked if I would be able to work immediately, as to which I told her I could only work after June. Thus she said she was looking for someone to hire ASAP, and the process did not go on further. Although the interview was challenging and went overall well, I wish I was notified earlier that they were looking for someone sooner, so that I would have known that earlier on.
