Be wary of the assessments, if you "fail" them, your application will get withdrawn. I did not complete my assessment, but had received a call for an interview. Met with the general manager and a pharmacy tech. While I applied for a shift lead, at the interview, I was also offered a Pharmacy tech role.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
