very light interview, didn't even have to dress up, got a call the next day i had applied and immediately an interview, was told to come in. All the managers were very nice. after the interview I came in the next day for online assesments.

Explain to us a problem you had in the past and how did you deal with it?
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
