I applied through an internship program through my university. The process was pretty standard. Submit resume, wait a week, phone interview, wait a week, then in person interview and was told I was the guy for the job. The internship was a great learning experience. Great company and training!! I would have stayed there longer but discovered that I was not a huge fan of retail.

I applied online for a business management intern position . I recieved a call from a store manager the next day. During the interview the manager tells you about the company and position. next the store manager asks you to tell you about yourself. Which is where you talk about your experiances. the interviewer asks about these experiances to gauage if your can fit in the position. At the end of the interview this person said it went well and i may recieve a offer. I recieved a letter in the mail expecting it to be a ' no thank you' letter, but it was a letter offering the BMI job with a information on the salary and location of where you will be placed. You call the number on the letter to accpet the position and the person tells you where and when to show up for your job.
