Interview process flowed easy.
Was more like a conversation than an interview.
Took over 1-2 months to make a decision- only negative part of interview.
The interview was one-on-one and lasted for over an hour.
Had to have phone interview with HR and Chief Nurse Practitioner Officer.
The work culture is employee-oriented and the benefits are good.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision.
The interviewer wanted to interview at Panera Bread during Lunchtime. While interviewing, he was reading written questions and then looking around the dining room, ignoring me, slow to respond to questions. This is a horrible company to work for. I have a professional degree and was treated like someone at a fast food service restaurant. They talk about caring and wellness but do nothing to assist the professionals in their takecare health/walgreens clinic in processing patients. If you try to transfer, it can be up to a year before that goes thru and only if you stay on top of it. Managers could care less about individuals. Managers lie, fabricate the truth to avoid responsibility.

Behavioral interview process utilized. Initially applied online. Subseqent call back from HR. Followed by face to face interview by manager. Credentially by credentially specialist. Straight forward process. Typical application process completed.

Interview process was very positive. Interviewed by regional manager and it was an easy decision to accept the position in that this person was to be my supervisor. Also,k the corporate staff made the paperwork and new employee experience as painless as possible. All calls returned promptly and everyone was willing to help.
