Behavioral interview where they ask you questions on your past experience working or in school. They interview you with a manager and assistant, usually, to have a person to bounce ideas off about the persons success or failures in the interview. Its fairly easy and quick process taking about 30 minutes on average.

I applied and had a reference. I had 1 fairly standard interview with some straight forward questions and then using behavioral based questions. It was very friendly and a good experience. It lasted around 45 mins total.

Entretien
The interview was on the computer, the manager was experienced in asking questions. I stumble over my words, I will get better in doing this type of interviews and know to relax when giving my response.
