I learned of the job from one of the managers in the store, who is a friend of my parent; I had already filled out an application and completed the skills assessment test before I knew of the opening. The same day, I called and spoke to the store manager, who I had known since I was a kid, telling her that I was interested in the position. She scheduled an interview with me the following day. The interview process was particularly simple; it was basic questions involving retail, teamwork and the such. After discussing my schedule, she told me I needed to go take a drug test, which meant I was hired because I knew I was clean.
