Quick phone call into an interview with assistant manager and manager. Questions consisted of behavioral and situational questions as well as personality questions to judge character. Overall interview was pretty smooth and the process was quick.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
