I was called after applying in store to come in for an interview. The manager was the one who interviewed me and asked pretty standard questions. After finishing the interview I was told I would be hired.

What was one time you experienced difficulty or a disagreement with a coworker or teammate and how did you resolve it.
There was only one interview required after filling out the online form. I spoke with the store owner/manager and heard back quickly. A drug test is the next and final step.

It was very easy and laid back, I still dressed the part but the location mostly hired young adults and high schoolers anyways, so the bar was not super high to begin with.
It was simple and easy. The store manager promptly followed up with me and scheduled an interview that consisted of normal interview questions. I then moved into the onboarding process.
