I got called in the day after I applied and went to the office for an interview. The Store Manager asked me questions specifically about want I wanted from this job. I passed the interview and he asked me if I wouldn't mind if I went for a drug test. I got hired when it came back.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
