In other areas and with other Regional Managers the format after "passing" the computer based parts of the application and interview might well be different. I had one main interview with a Senior Manager, some are interviewed by a panel of Managers others have more than one interview that may include the Regional Manager for your area as well. I have spoken with staff that have experienced all of these different techniques and styles. Everyone, at every stage was polite and helpful. Setting you up to succeed rather than fail. A positive experience.

I net with the district manager. Then 3-4 months later a store manager. I was hired at the end of the interview. Both interviews were very informal and did not ask difficult questions. They were just looking for warm bodies to close the store. My interview preparation was unnecessary. The sore manager did help me find and apartment.
