Entretien
A skills assessment followed by 10 behavioral questions in front of 4 senior managers. The skills assessment is online and was basic math and some practice invoicing. The behavioral questions were straight forward and not too difficult if you know what to expect.

Tell me about a time you had to large amount of work do get done. What did you do? What was the outcome? Etc.....
This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
the interview process was very easy and efficient. They asked questions about previous experience and how I qualify for the position. They answered any questions I had and were quick in letting me know their decision.

The interview process is very easy. In the end assistant manager position is a glorified stocker with extra tasks and duties. Questions asked are situational and behavioral scenarios. Interviews are conducted by store managers
