Timeline was really long (+3 months) and everyone I spoke with was just reading a script and didn't seem to know much about the actual position. I was hoping for more information about the position and the culture of the organization.

The most useless and generic question: Can you tell me about yourself? COME ON! At least add, "and you work experience as it relates to..." Worse than a script; an unmodified, off the internet, list of generic questions.
