Interview was with two colleagues when they came to recruit at my college campus. There were some odd questions, I think in an effort to pick your brain and how it things logically.

Applied online. Went to on-site after two phone interviews with HR and hiring manager. Onsite contains several rounds and an excel test. After several weeks, they emailed me the final result.
