Very easy. Once the school sets up the interview I personally feel that once it is over they know right away if they will move forward with you or not. Easy questions and most WCPSS interviews are with a pannel of current staff.

Principal from the school and other staff members meet with you. They explain position and you give them brief experiences. Staff will usually give you brief situations you they will work with you.

The process was very good. Its usually the Principal and Counselors. They ask you more about scheduling and your expertise on PowerSchools. Once they make a decision you should hear back something real quick
