The interview process was very intense; several individuals asking questions however it was a warm and friendly environment. I was asked about my reasons for wanting to teach or assist teachers. The interview panel inquired about my education philosophy as well as where I see myself 10 years from that day.

Entretien
Brief interview with principal and other admin plus a member of the special education team. Generic teacher question and “what would you do if…” questions. Be prepared to talk about how you differentiate instruction and how you handle iep meetings and disgruntled parents
