I received a call requesting a phone interview immediately. I was at a restaurant so I postponed the interview until the following morning. The interview asked about my skills, experience, salary requirements, etc. I got a call the next day requesting an in person interview and went in the following week for that. I was simultaneously interviewed by two people and was asked many of the same questions again. I got another call about a week later with an offer and a start date, at that time they explained the dress code and arrival time.
