The process start with a 30 minute HR Interview, 1 staff phone interview, another staff Zoom interview, then a timed writing prompt, and then the offer call came from Mary Wagstaff. The staff and team were all super friendly and kind. Unfortunately I declined the offer due to lack of a defined remote work policy for new employees.
