I was interviewed by the manage of the office who liked what she saw and heard and I was hired on the spot. I was asked the typical questions such as: What do you think you bring to the table? What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your goals for the next 5-10 years?

Spoke to a representative at the career fair. Then they followed up with an email and a pre-screening questionnaire. Then a phone call interview. Next day received an email with their decision.

Short and I felt really judged based on appearance immediately; interviewer was not very friendly or accommodating to my own questions about the firm, as if he didn’t want to answer any questions.
