After discussing my qualifications, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the role and the company's culture. 2 Rounds, first with a hiring manager to determine fit. Second with position director to to go more in depth about position and background. Basic behavioral questions. Tell me about yourself, strengths/weaknesses, etc.

Interview 1v1 with two separate managers- both were very welcoming and went the flow of the conversation. Both of them were from the engineering department even though the position I was interviewing for was corporate based.
