Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wacker (Cleveland, TN) en mai 2015
Entretien
Pretty basic interview for internship. Just take pride in what you did but do not be overconfident. The interviewers were amicable. Do research about their process if you are applying for a permanent position.

Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Process Engineer chez Wacker
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Wacker (Cleveland, TN) en avr. 2017
Entretien
We did a 30-minute phone interview about six weeks after I applied online. A week later, I was invited to interview on-site (they paid all travel expenses). Interviewed with an HR person and two engineers. The interview lasted about two hours. The first hour was a role-playing scenario: they put me in a room and gave me 40 minutes to read through 17 emails with problems a manager would face (safety violations, people not getting along, etc.) and then 20 minutes to explain to them how I would handle each scenario. The second hour was more "normal" - about 10 minutes testing my knowledge of the company and the position and then 45 minutes of typical HR-type stuff and technical questions (mostly general stuff like thermodynamics, transport, etc.). Found out two days later that they chose to offer the position to someone else.
