Applied on Linkedin, was e-mailed by a company recruiter a few weeks later. Took a few weeks to set up the interview. Met with an individual from the company on a Friday at 2pm (who would be the manager) who could not seem less than excited to interview me. Said they had been looking for someone for months. Little to no personality from the company side, got an auto generated decline from the corporate recruiter on Monday at 9am. The job description of the position did not match what the manager wanted for the role, wants a full AV DESIGNER for 70-90k full in the office in NJ 5 days a weeks.
