I was contacted on my email for a phone interview. Then I went in for a 2 on 1 interview, interview that i feel went good but the second interviewer was spacing off in to lala land and didn't ask any questions. After seeing facility and being interviewed with a supervisor who showed no interest I wouldn't have took the job if it was offered. As someone with experience in production and cannabis industry I can say there are better companies to work for who are more interested in potential employees and managed well. I think a big part of them seeming poorly ran has to do with them being new to the California market.
