I applied online and received an email to schedule a virtual meeting with an executive, the hiring mgr. I met with her and had an hour long conversation and though it went extremely well. I was told I would be scheduled to meet with another executive next. This was scheduled soon after and I had another 45 min to hour virtual meeting with her. Again, I thought both interviews went extremely well. I followed up afterwards MANY times by email to the hiring mgr but never received a reply at all- completely ghosted after 4 emails so I gave up. Not even a "sorry we filled the position". At least the other Manager was polite and professional and sent a two second reply. It's been a month and I have no feedback if the job was filled or they are just taking longer than expected or if it was something to do with me. Unfortunately this is the standard process at some companies these days. The companies that do set themselves apart, send a quick reply. I would recommend Wyebot add a simply reply to end their interviewing process, even using a simple email template stating "thank you for your time, but we have decided not to move forward" would be better than their current proces, etc.
