I had only one interview over the phone for this position. I got a call from the recruiter and they asked me some customer service questions. Probably lasted 15mins. And then couple days after the interview call, they offered the role.

It is a group interview for the Open House. It's a lot of not telling the whole truth. They let you know general information about the job details but don not give you full disclosure about who you will be talking to. They only give vague information.
