after cv got selected, i got a email from them to schedule the interview, first stage is very basic questions,2nd stage is completely technical question and behavioural based questions,And some are coding related questions, interviewers are very friendly

HR contacted me for an examination invitation. After passing the exam, HR contacted me again and had a short phone interview. Then I was scheduled for a technical interview (panel). After the panel interview, I was endorsed to the Regional QA Leader (this is where negotiation happened). After a couple of days, I received the job offer.
