Submit resume, screening, assessment centre (numeracy, literacy, comprehension), video interview (recording and answering 2 questions), face-to-face interview

1. Submit resume and screening
2. Online Assessment - arithmetic, comprehension, pattern recognition, psychometric
3. Video Interview
4. In-person interview with team
5. Offer
