Initial contact by a senior manager (an acquaintance), followed by a Teams meeting with the same manager, two other department heads, and an HR adviser. Overall process was friendly and relatively informal.

I have applied online and received a interview confirmation within 2 weeks. I was asked to go to Birmingham office for an interview. I went to see two senior management team members who apparently never been to Birmingham office before. The pod they booked was already taken so we all have to wait outside for the lady to clear the office.
