I had 2 interviews in separate offices and advised in my first interview that they could easily match my requirements. In the second interview I was told I passed all the tests and they said they liked me but they were not able to employ me a the level I should be at. Instead I should accept a lower offer with a guarantee of raise in 2 years to suit their business. I was even told that accepting the lower offer was good as I would get taxed less! The offer was less than I was currently making and this role was in Central London. Complete waste of my time.
