Welcoming and simple if prepared, make sure you know the role you are applying for and remember to use STAR on compentency based questions and you'll be more than fine.
Interviews are always daunting but the WSP intervieweers were more than welcoming and it came across more as a informal talk than a formal interview

The experience was good. It included technical assessment, group discussions, activities followed by a Q/A session. The process takes a whole day. Before this, the HR round and General Ability test was conducted. The company provides meals during the Graduate assessment day .

Sat in room with two project managers, were asked to tell about past experiences and how it is relevant to current position I am seeking. Was asked three questions related to property and managing people. Afterwards were able to ask more questions about the company and employee hierarchy. Chatted about previous projects and works, very casual. Overall time took 40 minutes.
