I had one screening call with a recruiter and then one one hour interview with two Project Managers who read questions from a sheet. I was extended an offer a few days after the interview.

When I was hired, I found the role on Linkedin. A recruiter for WSP reached out to me to set up the initial interview. We talked on the phone. Then I met with the hiring manager virtually. After that interview, I attended an in-person interview with the same hiring manager and another manager slightly higher up.

They asked me about handling multiple projects from different requestors.
Behavioral based interview that was focused on being a good team member. How could you contribute to the team and overall picture. It was a one on one interview that included the supervisor and manager of the team at separate times.
