They were very friendly and helpful, and very clear about what they looking for. started with basic OOP questions and Data structures. Projects we did, past experiences and ability to adept to new technologies as well
Earlier it was only 1 technical interview with a Tech Lead. Next stage would be with the Engineering Director. Followed by CEO and HR.
But now, you will have 3 technical interviews at the initial screening process, which is done by 3 different Tech Leads. Rest is the same
