Previous experiences and what you like to do outside work
Applied for an entry-level media role. The process involved some initial outreach and communication with a recruiter. Got a sense of the company culture and priorities through the early stages of the process, but things moved slowly and communication was inconsistent at times.
Would recommend doing your research on the company and coming prepared to speak to their recent work and clients. Overall a learning experience.

General behavioral questions. It was simple. No technical questions. Just shared experience and show excitement to learn. First is an interview with the recruiter then another general interview. Then there will be match making within the company for groups that are hiring.
