Entretien
I completed a total of 5 interviews for this one position. First was with a corporate recruiter, then the Sr. District Manager with the location that I would have been working. I was told that they decided to move forward with other candidates. Then the recruiter called me back about a month later and said that the Sr. DM was no longer there and she wanted me to interview with the new one. So I interviewed with another DM at another location while they were still selecting the new DM for the hiring location. I then interviewed with the new DM about a week later. He moved me forward to interview with 3 Route managers about a week later. He said he wanted to see how well they liked me or would get along with me. I guess that didn't go well because I didn't get the job. I was contacted by the recruiter about a week later stating that they are moving forward with candidates that they feel meets their needs. So I guess it took them 5 interviews with me to determine that I was not what they were looking for. OK.

applied, got a interview set up. met with two gentlemen. got denied a few days. One of the two men didn't seem that engaged in me from the start. I suspect had my hue been a bit lighter Id have moved on in the process. But this is Seattle where racism is hidden in plain sight

Entretien
Very professional. Conducted interview over phone with its recruiter, and a few days later we had the first formal interview. Was told to expect a hour, but it was right around 30 minutes. Gave me time to ask questions at the end and provided me with a couple leadership books to read to prep for the role, if hired.

Entretien
Pretty straight forward. Prescreen then in person interview on site. Questions were style around management and how you deal with people and situations. They went over the job description as well and briefly described job duties. They went over hours and show time.
