Applied and then got an interview request to do a recorded one-way interview (first red flag there). I had questions about the job before doing the one way interview (the one way interviews are terrible for candidates as it shows the company does not care about candidates on a personal level). I tried to contact HR multiple times to get my questions answered and received nothing back. I then withdrew my application as it seems they only cared about some type of quota for applicants to apply and interview, but didn't seem to want to actually get to know the person (maybe they had someone in mind for the role already). Bad experience overall.

HR confirmed my salary I agreed to Post-confirmation, the offer was downgraded and I was reclassified as a “fresher,” despite my contract experience being disclosed upfront HR still requested previous and current salary details
permanent night-shift role cab transport was vague described as a “favor,” and relocation was pressured I was rushed to decide within hours with no written clarity
Overall the process showed poor transparency inconsistent decisions, and disregard for candidates

Entretien
I interviewed for a position at WM, where I was referred by a friend. The process had three stages: resume shortlisting, a technical round focused on problem-solving and technical expertise, and a manager round that assessed my project work, leadership, and adaptability. It was a comprehensive and insightful experience.
