Applied online on their website, a friend told me about them. I received an email asking for a phone screen time. Phone screen was basic HR stuff, where was I, why I wanna move, what I am looking for, compensation expectations, etc... Then, I get a call to schedule an onsite interview. A couple of technical interviews, from medium to difficult. Interviews are fun, problem solving, technical skills, coding, and just talking about technology. Last, you talk to an executive, just like a chat about business and technology in general, get to know them and to know you. A few days later, I get an email that they want to extend an offer, and I took it.
