My interview experience with WIN Technology had some positives, but overall the process felt drawn out and lacked consistent communication. The interview process included multiple interviews spaced over several weeks with periods of waiting for updates. Coordination was inconsistent. I provided my availability as requested, but those times were never matched, which meant I had to check my schedule again after they proposed alternate times. In several cases I had to follow up with the HR Manager for confirmation of the interview after the times I suggested had passed. It would have been better if the team had reached out with times that worked for them instead of asking for my availability and then not following that schedule. The interviews were one on the phone with the HR manager, an in-person with the HR manager and the hiring manager, and the final one virtually with the senior IT lead, another project manager, the hiring manager, and the hr manager. The final interview involved multiple reviewers with some taking the lead. The senior lead reviewer focused heavily on asking a rapid series of targeted questions about specific details of my experience, often moving quickly from one question to the next without allowing me to fully explain the bigger picture. This approach made the interview feel somewhat unfocused and more like a fact-check than a holistic discussion of my qualifications. While I appreciated the opportunity, I believe WIN Technology could improve by: -Streamlining the interview process to reduce uncertainty -Matching candidate availability more effectively or proactively proposing alternative times -Improving communication and follow-up Pros: -Opportunity to meet multiple team members -Role had potential for impact Ultimately, I was not hired for the position, but I hope my feedback helps improve the process for others.
