I had a horrible experience with the APAC (Australia) WEX team. Numerous messages went unresponded to. They didn't even bother to respond to LinkedIn connection requests or messages. It showed a lot of disengagement to me. It doesn't cost anything to be nice but I feel that is lost on the APAC marketing and APAC talent acquisition team.
Straightforward process. First did a short online screening questionaire. Then had a short 30 min call with Recruitment. Scheduled a 45 min meeting with hiring managers. Recieved clear brief for short presentation and met with 2 other direct colleagues for this role to present task. Met with a friendly team and they were communicative throughout. The whole interview process was online.

First there was a quick HR screening call then a video interview with two people clearly playing "good cop, bad cop." One interviewer was very rude and frowning and not interested at all.
