It was hardly an interview. At the time they were basically grabbing people off the street and putting them to work. I spoke to one person in HR, who basically just got my vitals and then one manager (although not my manager). I showed them a website with some of my work on it and that was it.

Again, there was very little screening. I probably could have told them I had no idea what I was doing and they would have hired me (this might explain some of the people I eventually worked with).

Entretien
The interview included a facility tour with the recruiter followed by a group interview by the product engineer group and recruiter. I was asked to present a detailed description and walk through of a project. A question and answer session followed the project discussion.
