Interviewed with peers, supervisor, and executive levels. The interviews ran 30-45 minutes each. A number of the participants seems rushed. Everyone was professional and questions were kept to the proper subject matter. One executive admitting to not preparing for the interview but did his best to spontaneously engage questions from my resume.

I interviewed once with someone from HR and felt it went very well. They told me I’d hear back from a hiring manager whether they’d continue with my application process or not. They ghosted me. I reached out after 2 weeks to ask how it was going and to wish them luck, still nothing. This behavior from employers is garbage.
