There was an online screening, followed by an interview over the phone with a small group and an in person interview on site with the team I would be working with.

Only asked behavioral questions which was weird since I had experience in the role they were hiring for. Tried to gear my responses toward my experience but they never directly asked me about it. Ended up accepting a different offer a week later but have not heard back from them. Of all the interviews I have done definitely the least difficult. Questions about difficult coworkers, diversity, a time you were part of a safety issue etc. A lot of the questions are just poorly worded.
