Overall, a very positive and smooth experience! I had one interview and the interview was very conversational and I genuinely enjoyed it since I read WEBTOON comics myself. I heard back a week after.

An essay, a few video/zoom calls throughout the interview process with a couple of editors. It was straightforward, and they were nice enough to meet me at a different time because I was in a different country

Entretien
Very engaging, made me feel comfortable, and overall very good. I very much enjoyed the interview especially since it was related to something I enjoyed, webtoons, some of the questions felt like I was talking to a friend about webtoons.
