The interview process was fairly standard. I applied for the role online and was contacted a week or so later for a phone interview with the hr representative. We spoke and everything was great. I was invited to speak with the hiring manager via telephone. We hit it off and I was invited for an in person interview with the hiring manager one of his peers and his boss. I wasn't convinced that the company was for me after meeting everyone. HR asked me to submit an application and provide references after the day of interviews but since I wasn't interested I did not

It was easy and it was 3 rounds. They people I talked to were really cool and they were really easy to talk to. I really liked the people I talked to.
