The interview process was smooth. But it took more than estimated time to make the decision. Firstly with the hiring manager and than few days later with the team. After that it took a while to hear back from the recruiter.

I got this hiring information from an Alumni who sent the hiring information to all the graduate student in my University. After one month, I suddenly got a brief phone interview with no preparation. But the questions are very easy, just simple inverter questions. Then, after a week I was emailed by the interviewer that there will be a second phone interview which will take 90 mins and there will be three interviewers. The questions are all VLSI related questions. They are all very basic questions and I did pretty good. Just few hours after the second interview, I got a phone call from HR and said I got the offer. The interview process is quick and smooth.
15 minutes of basic over 30 technical overview. 5 min research presentation. They asked various questions about the research. They then asked if i had any questions. Overall was not hard .

I applied online on the portal specifically in LAUNCH program section and then initially had a call with the manager. After this initial phone screening, I got a call back for an onsite interview. The onsite interview had 7 rounds and were mainly focussed on device physics, basics of CMOS circuits, memory etc
